It was always busy no matter what time of the day it was. Management didn't care about you though. Hardest part of the job was dealing with rude customers. The most enjoyable part of savers was being able to help customers and making them happy.

not the business as advertised. too much expected from the management team. no balance between personal and work life. expected to answer calls and sort out problems whilst on annual leave. lack of appreciation. higher management lack people skills.

This role was great to show a school leaver the role of management. You will learn what is required to manage a small team and how to control the stock in the store and the store hours and budgets.
