Good job and nice company to work for however they don't offer a staff discount and are big on extra sales through upselling at the counters..... you must feel comfortable with sales

The job in itself is fairly easy, I was a Supervisor. Unfortunately a male member of staff chose to sexually harass and stalk me which management (including head office) did nothing about so I left.

management there at the time needed improvement. however I would work there again. the shop I was in I believed needed improvement. especially around the delivery part. but most the staff were great to get on with.

Over the last four years by working at Savers I have learnt a lot and every day is a challenge. Savers offers their employees the chance to progress further in their career by offering step up programmes which I think is really good. I find my job challenging and there's always a lot to do which I enjoy every day you learn something new which I enjoy. The management team and staff are a great pleasure to work with and we all work together as a team.

was not told at interview i would have to work 10 hours shifts and only be paid for 8. trying to force customers to buy products they clearly are not interested in. listening to area manager ridicule stores on conference calls and actually putting collegues to the brink of tears making feel worthless when they work their butts off day after day severely understaffed

Each day within my role proves to be a challenge with non stop obstacles being thrown left, right and center. Everyone within the store makes the best of each day and always have a smile on their face. Always laughing and joking with colleagues and customers, I have not come across a group harder working. The best part of the job is when you've marked of the last job on your list knowing that you've completed every task to the best of your ability. Another amazing part is always having someone to lean on if you need a hand.
