Varied work load with a well established company that focused on building long term customer relations. Apart from managing the difficulty of late night shifts it was a wonderful company to work for.

it can be ok but people are 2 faced and with not having a contract we are gtreated like dirt.Lately we dont even know when we are working we just get told we will get a phone call when we are next in which i dont think is fair.

this place was ridiculous to work for! the bars were manky regardless have much you tried to clean, and the place is one big click! if you didn't fit in with the group then don't bother because the managers will decrease your hours for no reason!!!

Service Coupé, 1 jour de congé par semaine, environ 45h de travail par semaine. Service Petit-déjeuner le matin puis au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir.

Acordar cedo, tomar a primeira refeição, banhar, fazer a barba, vestir a roupa devidamente passada e limpa, e conduzir até ao trabalho. Ao chegar colocar-me ao corrente dos planos para o dia, verificar ocorrências, e solucionar os problemas existentes, contatar com os responsáveis por cada setor do local de trabalho, e aferir de eventuais contratempos, e encontrar formas de os solucionar, melhorar se possível as condições de trabalho, bem como encontrar formas de se produzir mais e melhor a cada dia, sabendo que em Hotelaria o patrão será sempre o cliente, como tal devemos nos focar num melhor atendimento a cada dia que passa. Como em todo o trabalho, os colegas devem ser respeitados e existir um espírito de equipa e camaradagem, pois só assim se conseguem alcançar melhores objetivos no trabalho, assim como para o indivíduo, nada melhor como trabalhar em equipa, onde cada dia de trabalho não se torna num fardo, mas sim num prazer. Não tem parte difícil no trabalho, quando se faz o que se gosta, tudo fica mais fácil. O agradável no trabalho, é chegar ao final do mês, e saber que cada centavo foi merecido devido ao nosso esforço e empenho, pois nós devemos zelar pela empresa, para por sua vez ela zelar por nós, se chama de simbiose.
