Office bullying is not taken seriously
A colleague and I received a lot of verbal abuse from another member of our team for about 8 months. All my manager did was make excuses for the bully.During return to work after lockdown my manager told me off for working a week and half at home while my family had and were recovering from Covid. People in other teams were allowed to work at home upto 3 weeks if their families had had Covid.

Flexible ad supportive
Flexible and supportive environment. Some tension between departments. Not typical exec board structure which can lead to confusion over approvals which in turn slows everything down.

Outside IR35
Did not change their contractors back to outside IR35 after the 1 year delay. Terrible decision not to do this which has had a big effect on the contractors at Schroders
