The work environment is supportive and positive. Through the offered THRIVE learning programme I'm able to have an autonomy in upskilling. I have been given many opportunities to expand on my skills, the support and guidance to do my best in my role.The culture at SMG keeps to company values. My team and manager supports me in gaining confidence to bring in new ideas, and suggest improvements. My workload is diverse and engaging.

Really good for casual work/students!

Best thing about this job was the flexibility. Incredible if you want to be able to get work when you need it, but not expected to work all the time! People & management were really lovely, inclusive and supportiveTasks a little mundane but that's okay when you like the team and the environment.

the museum is a good place to work, really interesting being able to work around the galleries. the staff are friendly and everyone helps each other out
