productive and funwhen working at SCL I enjoyed my time there as it was fun and very productive. It was a hands on job although lots of course work to complete. It was also a quite relaxed job as sometimes I had to referee small football games.

Fantastic company.I have loved working for SCL, since being with the company I feel I have been given opportunities to really showcase what I can do. It is clear that SCL are always looking for ways to be better, and they encourage all members of staff to have the same attitude. Management are always supportive and happy to help you to develop you skill set. It is quite a fast-paced environment to work in, and organisation is key in being successful, but I personally don't think this makes the role any less enjoyable. Honestly, the best education environment I have been involved in.

Rewarding & positive work environmentI have been working at SCL Education & Training for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say I have absolutely loved every minute of it. To be part of such a positive organisation that strives to make a positive impact on the lives of young people is a privilege. Throughout my time at SCL I have been promoted which just shows the company values and rewards its staff.

You will not get the promise advertised in the job description!Very laddish culture! Not a fair company to work for. The management are dismissive of staff and do not trust them. You can work very very hard for very little gain and not much recognition. The culture is very cut-throat. There are a lot of new members of staff who have come in and changed the atmosphere - not for the better - hence the original staff who have given a number of years have moved on. Management are not bothered by their loyal staff leaving. Don't leave your safe job to work here.
