I have been working for Scotforce just for 2 months and I already can say that is the best job that I ever had. You feel supported all the time and it's not like working for an agency at all. Flexible, good salary and the most important thing: great people. 100% recommended.

Reliable and strong communication

The application and interview process was very easy and the young man who interviewed me was very kind, I always get the hours I need and I love the clients that I work with. I had worked as a home carer for years before joining and was nervous but I have loved it ever since I joined with them at the start of the year.

Supportive company to work for

Support from the office based staff is second to none. I fully enjoy my role and know what is expected of me when I am out working. Really flexible working hours and always get shifts for my availabillity.
