Nursing
Registered Nurse (Current Employee) - Fife - 24 October 2022
High standards but very supportive office team. Clinical Lead was excellent and up to now I have had regular work. It's hard going but enjoying it and a new lease of life for me.

Jobs at ScotForce Healthcare
Registered Nurse positionsI believe Scotforce is best healthcare agency in Scotland if not in UK
Staff Nurse (Former Employee) - Tayside nursing - 13 September 2022
I used to work for Scotforce in the past for 3 years as a nurse, mostly night shifts. It was great experience and my highest earning job to date. Working nightshifts for many years in the past it came to do point when I had enough and unfortunately there weren't too many day shifts at the time so I left. Now I enjoy working day shifts only in NHS which suits me fine. Less money but no more night shifts. If you are looking to work for agency and be boss of your own time, I would not hesitate to try Scotforce, it can be best job you will ever have.

Excellent company to work for.
Staff Nurse (Current Employee) - Perth - 27 January 2021
Excellent company to work for. I've always been given as many shifts per week as I requested so no shortage of work. Great communication at all times and the office staff and manager are always willing to listen and sort out any problems at any time (there's 24 hour on call cover).Great rate of pay which is paid weekly. This company looks after its staff and I'd recommend to anyone considering agency work.
Pros
Weekly pay, weekly emailed rota, good communication
Cons
Have to buy 2nd uniform, long travel distance at times

From interview, to day one of working; I have been supported by all the brilliant staff at Scotforce. They always go the extra mile to make sure I get plenty of shifts and I would thoroughly recommend them as an employer.
