Offer better incentives to experienced staff, staff who have worked there for years who get the same pay as someone who walks through the door with no experience what so ever, offer another system in place of pay and development to give new staff something to work towards and hopefully produce more professional competent staff if they meet their next pay increment,

Do not allow friends or relatives work together in the same area, causes far too much discrimination between staff, staff get treated differently and unfairly, management especially on call should be going into the services to help out if needed, that's what on call is for! Excuses like I cant come I've hurt my back is really not acceptable when your on your own in a 2 to 1 service with a servie user displaying self injurious and aggressive behaviour then waiting an hour for one if your colleagues to come in because on call cant

Companies values have decreased rapidly over the last year or so. ‘Money’ is the top priority within the company now and it’s very sad to watch. All about cost cutting!!
