Scottish Autism are effectively using Teams communication which is a more quicker and effective way of getting messages out to staff
Management are horrid people who really dont seem to know 1 thing about people with autism/mental health
TERRIBLY. On paper they sure love to have paperwork and evidence back up for EVERYTHING. But have failed in every other single department of supporting staff, handling grievances, allowing holidays or providing direction. My manager was a bully to other lesser known members of the team. The whispers and behind the scenes gossip is in the unit was unreal, watch your back.
It is not. Info is withheld to make you fail before you even have a chance. Management are all friends. It is all about money, not about children.
