Great to learn about the energy market but can be tough as a CSA
What is the best part of working at the company?The calls weren’t always bad but when they were they were AWFUL. Call centre work is not easy so please be kind to cust service agents they are people too (some aren’t very patient and it’s because there are targets to meet everyday). Pay was low.
