  • Screwfix don’t like to pay their staff fairly, hence why were getting a 15% bonus based on a working month whilst furloughed rather than a pay rise, more of a bribe than a bonus

  • Bank Holiday's are supposed to be Double Time for however many hours you work that particular day, but they recently breached my contract by not paying me extra for working the recent V.E Bank Holiday.

  • No for both, but i got a day in lieu for working a bank holiday

  • Double pay on bank holiday but no extra pay for weekend
