Very poorly organised, more often than not the vehicle has furniture missing off or when loading the runs aren't pulled out properly. When the management sort the runs they do them off a car without including traffic so you are always running behind and having to fiddle your lunch too.
The company likes to promote from within. The best sellers were always promoted which did not necessarily mean they were the best person for the job ie. lack of man management skills
