Work-life balance

Awful place
I would avoid this place by moving as far away as possible if I could. Broken management, absolutely no decency at all when it comes to targets, if you suffer mental health issues you will be beyond stressed with its unhealthy cycles. Work somewhere else, if you can. Anywhere else.

Very responsibly run
The company is extremely well run. Don’t expect to be patted on the back all the time, but if you work hard and stand out there’s a very good chance you’ll get noticed. Lots of opportunities for career progression here if you just get on with your job and look for solutions not problems.

Dead end/ poor management
Warehouse picker packer. Jobs a dead end. Some of the workers are alright, thats what keeps you there. Management is bad, Nothing gets done by the management.
