The most useful review selected by Indeedin terms of getting hours its good as you get plenty of hours. problem is management is not very supportive. No room for progression. The company always sends untrained guards to the site.

Would not recommend here at all. You want to feel part of a team in security this is not it.

I did not enjoy it at all many jacket fillers there for a pay check in this type of work meant to feel safe and team work nothing like at at all shocking. I wouldn't recommend anyone does work here as I'll be honest there isn't enough opportunity here for you to progress they don't understand the importance of your partner having a serious illness and having to leave genuinely would stay clear.

Work itself is good okay, there isn’t much to do but management in this company is a joke. You call them if you need anything but they never deal or help you with situations

What is the best part of working at the company?Good and supportive directl line manager. But on the other hand the place is very risky and dangerous. Beside the the load of work is to much compared with the pay rate.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?So many tags to scan during night shifts, most are situated in an ancient place that may fall on your head at any time.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I don't know much about the company but the shopping centre is overlooking Argyle Street which is one of the most dangerous Street in the UK.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Full of tension running up and down the stairs chasing kids all the day.

Poor company

By far the worst company I have worked for. Extremely bad bullying culture that starts within the head office, the management are only concerned about their own stats and recognition so micro manage and put unnecessary and unrealistic demands on its staff. You may get on well if you follow the bullying culture or are a relation to higher management as most that have worked for company will agree with.

Truthfully, you will get out of the job, what you put into it.I have worked with SecuriGroup for 11 years now, and through perseverance, hard work and dedication, have progressed through multiple departments learning a variety of different jobs and taking in the experience along the way.If you stick in, be polite, courteous and professional, there is a rewarding career to be made. SecuriGroup have stuck by me when I have needed it most and am only grateful to show the same loyalty in return and soak up the opportunities that come my way.

AVOID save yourself the headache

Management are way too serious and strict, you do so much for so little in return. Also instead of having your back and believing in you they dispute it. Work environment is good with loads of hot chicks around lol. Good money to be made though ..

poor company

they dont give you exact facts and lie about the job role promise you a role that dont exist and when work load is not available the shifts are not shared out equally, too much favouratism within the staff and back stabbing manager doesnt really care about how the site was run and left it to the staff to sort out between them basically its a all for 1 run site and staff treated unfairly a company should stay well clear from.

It's not bad if you can get a shift

I have had good experiences so far fun to work with everyone, management can be understanding when it comes to matters outside of work that you need to deal with but the problem is getting shifts calling in on Wednesday for a shift is a job it's self it either rings out or goes to voice mail and then half the time when you get through they say the shifts are full so they do have favourite staff.

Terrible work place

No rest always on your feet and get spoke to like a child. Management are terrible and petty always watching you on camera then tells you he's been watching you. Not enough break time physically draining. The managers need sacking great security guards to work with and many good guards gone because of the managers
