There is no restructure. Human Resourses pass every process back to Managers that is why Managers have no interaction with there staff. Causing the staff to be bias towards them understandably so.
No progression in the Company
Non existent and bullying. If you answer back or say no... Eventually they'll get rid of you. Welcome to the machine. Welcome to the modern British work culture.

The organisational structure is very poor. Some people are treated better than others. No chance for progression and, constantly messed around with holidays.
