Soulless workplace
Honestly, I believe this place is not a place you want to end up. KPI KPI KPI is all that matters, I would suggest looking elsewhere, especially if you value your mental health.

not a great place to work
Face fits environment , overworked and underpaid for the amount of claims dealt with on a daily basis . staff turnover is so high and is never addressed
