Suppress Employees
No opportunities for ambitious staff. They are suppressed into mundane roles until they leave. Awful bidding team results in very little work to do as no business won.

Little support
Management are appalling. Salary is just as bad. If you havent got a clue what you're doing but want to get paid for it oh and have all the bonuses go to top management then come and work here!

Having worked at the Cornwall office was a big mistake!! The team leader of the office at the time was useless and clueless and always wanted to stab you in the back when you weren’t there but nice to your face! One ‘manager’ in particular based at the Exeter office was a absolute idiot along with others. Very clicky and was a puppet to the senior managment! I would not recommend this company now as seetec or even when it was Pluss.!!

Awful place to work
definitely wouldn't recommend working for this company. They treat employees like slaves, there is no work culture, management are very unprofessional, senior management are never seen and never contactable. They don't follow processes including safeguarding, health and safety or even basic work protocols. I felt like I was working in a sweat shop! They'll do nothing to support their clients

Appalling company. Awful culture, lack of respect for clients and thier needs, shocking behaviour by some staff and managers. Not at all what it advertises to be.
