All worked well as a team. And made some good friends.
Worked through out the pandemic at Bootle Town hall , brilliant team and solid management. Moral all ways happy fun and a good team to work with. All ways kept up to date with figures and new strategies on how to cope and stay safe with the pandemic.

Perfect part time work
Great place to work whilst studying and needing part time work. Qualifications required are well worth the investment with great schemes used by the council to help pay for courses
Driver 1 in Formby, Lancashire

Hard working & educated need not apply
If you are an alcoholic or drug user, have no ambition, have no self confidence, have no direction then this is the best possible place to be employed. If you are hard working, driven, ambitious, educated then you will still be welcome but you'll be expected to make up for the shortfalls of less ambitious & driven staff and will probably regress to being an alcoholic.
Administration Officer in Uk

Mixed opinions.
A lot of inside friendship with Managers and staff at a personal level. Jobs given to staff by recommendations if they like you even if you don’t fit or deserve the grade.

Need more staff
Lack of understanding towards people and children they definitely need more staff because only help in emergencies it shouldn’t get to this stage with children, not much care for the children yes they many follow bare minimum and some things but not all till it comes to two days before reviews, they don’t listen to children’s views they write down and tell children they will look into it then they don’t listen and then they don’t follow it up children lose trust in the social workers.
