Send CV, was called, booked an interview. At the interview when I was answering their questions, one team member was rolling her eyes, looking down and looking uninterested....Felt quite disrespected.

Get rid of manager before u have no staff . They keep recruiting but no one comes for a job because u sacked most of them

Yes but never able to take them when you want due to staff shortages

Short staffed

All the good workers get knackered whilst the lazy staff sit on their backsides or out smoking with manager.

Just turn up if your face fits your fine
