What is Selwood Ltd sick leave policy? How many sick leave days do you get per year?

It works on the basis of amount of time served; every year you acquire service, you gain an entitlement of a week sick pay. This is specifically for Silcoa. Whereas Selwood have a more comprehensive package. The maximum period of sick pay is three weeks, which doesn't provide much security from my perspective.
