You’ll get out what you put in!
Standards are high, no place for hiding, throw yourself into the work, learning, and after work fun and you’ll enjoy it here. Great culture, you can earn lots of money from an early stage of your career. Opportunity for career progression for all who want it.

very intense, micro managed
Taught me the skills i need to recruit successfully but wasn't a comfortable working environment. Various KPI,'s, visiting clients after booking appointments.

Fun workplace
Loved it, had great management from personal manager through to the Directors. A nurturing environment where if you are passionate and keen to progress in what you do will have all the support in the world.
Trainee in Wilmslow, Cheshire

Absolute boiler room
Frowned upon if you left the office before 8pm! or weren't in by 8am. Relentless cold calling, no strategy. Trainees and Sourcers just lined consultants pockets, while they dished out the shouting that they got when they were in that position. Military style "break them down and then build them the Seniotr way" without the skills in the team to actually train people properly
