Try and hold onto good people managers. Do not tolerate front staff being threatened with their job. Monitor grievances they can tell you a lot. Challenge blame culture

Pay is poor and if you work over time it's flat rate. If work is slack you are encouraged to take unpaid leave. They literally give you the basic minimum.
