  • The management have all looked after themselves by working safely from home while the peasants have had no protection whatsoever

  • Serco responded slowly. It provides disposable masks and gloves and hand gel. Social distancing is in place but you work in enclosed environments for long periods of time with several colleagues and prisoners and covid has done the rounds through most of the staff now.

  • Rapidly, campaigns changed and re structured, we all went with it, no choice.
