Why did you leave your job at Serco?

6 answers

  • Forced out by uncooperative employees which I line managed due to their attitude to work generally and being told what to do by their line management. Loved the job and location but. UK stopped with me. Could not dismiss them as they were long established and lazy.

  • Redundancy

  • Company relocating

  • Family issues

  • The contract hours changed from 4 on 4 off 12 hour days to 5 out of 7, 2 til 10. These hours were impacting heavily on my family life, my wife's employment and the need to employ a childminder and along with the bullying by certain supervisors ultimately I resigned for personal reasons.

  • No shifts due to all the favourites getting them.
