Pretty mundane, lots of issues regarding the management side and the thought process behind what they ask employees to do seems a bit odd. Work hard for peanuts, and the job satisfaction is a bit like council work where you get the cheapest materials and least amount of time to make a job look a million buck.

Bad management and supervisors, expecting one person to clean two or three wards in four hours! Hospital hierarchy, and hotel services are bottom of the list

Good shift work environment

Shift work 3 days on 3 days off, management was generally open about changing shift patterns etc. Optional overtime as well as decent cover if you needed a day off etc. Good screening for employees meaning everyone got on with eachother

They will throw you to the side when they are done with you

You are not valued here and as soon as your job is done they will get rid of you without a moment of hesitation. They try to get you to fill in for roles where other workers are striking. Disgusting company with a history of this sort of nonsense and much worse. I pray for the day their leadership is locked away.
