What is the best part of working at the company?Not a good experience working for serco for myself.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?To many chiefs no structure,absolute shambles,I was dealing with demanding immigrants daily with little helpWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?There was none,I really was on my own,colleagues were just out for personal gainWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Demanding role I had,trying to get dental appointments and gp appointments for people whom had come from war torn countries

What is the best part of working at the company?Fully remote, working from home What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I frequently advised them that my laptop wasn't working, they failed to do anything then abruptly ended my contract because I hadn't done enough work 😞What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Working from home, never met anyone What is a typical day like for you at the company?9 till 5 okay when the laptop was working

The hardest part is when you can't help and management don't care enough but keep staying you are replaceable.I can fire you, ect ect.Can be very stressful.
