Everyone does their bit, including the managers, which is rare to see.

  • Over worked, office staff and management rude, no communication, your just a number, complaints never dealt with, it’s a face fit with office, mile pay don’t cover cost, change rotas at last minute, rude if you don’t take extra calls on

  • Stay away, promising you the hours, takes them back, then over loads you, office staff are rude, if you don’t pick up calls, understaffed and over worked, never listen to clients or carers, don’t deal with complaint from carers or clients, nice to your face,

  • They are honest abvout what you can expect which is not true of most other care companies

  • Better than other care companies I have worked with. Culture is everyone works together. All the managers are invovled and also go out on care.

  • Professional and Supportive
