Despite being a member of the SA family for a short period of time, I can say with confidence that this is a great place to work.The people are great, everything can be spoken about openly without judgement, there's flexibility which helps family life and genuine care towards their employees wellbeing which makes the world of a difference.

A maturing company with good growth prospects

Serial Affinity is a close-knit team of developers. The team is very friendly overall and it makes for a very good environment in which to be exposed to and learn more about the different technologies within the stack. Like any company experiencing growth at a reasonably quick pace, there are some growing pains now and again. Fortunately, the relatively flat hierarchy means that these issues can be raised, discussed and resolved quite openly. The culture is one that is very easy to get along with. Whilst timekeeping and the completion of work is recorded, the atmosphere and banter within the team ensures a nice balance between just getting your work done and enjoying the process and the time spent getting it done.

Getting to work with modern technology is good. Training options are also very good. Relaxed atmosphere with a supportive environment. Fun end of month activities are always something to look forward too as well.
