They expect a lot, for little return
Too much expected across too wider skill spectrum. Too many chiefs, not enough indians. Company keeps getting bought out which compromises overall business direction. The software is continuously evolving, often before it's ready to release.

Bad vibe
Not very friendly ,some of the staff were ok rest un helpful,for a new starter this is not good , not in the least helpful was there to do maintenance ended up doing paper work most of the time ,
