Poor management and lack of forward planning
I was extremely excited to get start at servest as I always wanted to work at Glasgow university but found the job really frustrating due to the management being more interested in completing paperwork rather than getting jobs done correctly also nowhere to keep tools or change of clothes at time I worked there

Not a very good place to work!.
Not a good company to work for!. Low staff moral. Too much work, expected! from the staff!, not enough time to do it in!. They always have to recruit for staff! continuously!, as people leave, once they find out, how much work, is expected of them!. Always too much work! loaded onto staff! and the staff!, Never get treated well! and never get the respect! they deserve!.

Worst experience ever
Job sounded good, unfortunately the senior management team were clueless. Lived by a blame culture. Spent most of my long 7 months carrying out investigations for HR rather than doing my primary task. Would warn anyone who is considering joining the company, DONT!!!

Every one just in for them self's from managing directors to supervisors. They have the contract for hs2 but can't afford to pay their guards the amount they should be really getting but happily will pay other agencies more money to get gaps covered. Only good thing is you will be paid on time.
