Office location in UK is not great, high growth and a lot of focus on numbers.
The company is quite efficient and the platform is great. Customer facing roles are generally valued.
Management only out for themselves. HR are the worse - they do not practice what they preach. Workplace culture is one that management likes to believe is family friendly but in fact is the complete opposite. Everyone is out for themselves.

Great product, great growth, great benefits. Leadership is based on motivation by fear. Too many layers of leadership, too many ex corp people that because it worked before in a previous life then it will work again in this new one. Not a good place to work if you value job security,
Worked with the ServiceNow team to integrate to CGI Remedy, the team worked well but there was some confusion as to who was doing what.
How project was delivered on time and to budget.

ServiceNow call us sharks as their main target is to become a billion dollars company.
They take the best hunters.
If you do 2 years in ServiceNow it means you are a sales who can deliver results and work under pressure.
I have seen so many people getting sacked in ServiceNow.
