Working for Carl Shillito at Shannon rail is very interesting. No one site is the same there is always a cabin or vehicle to do the sac. In you can always get a cup of coffee or tea.

when we do site access we end up in the mess room not in a office

its been nice working for shannon rail but they only give me weekend work so i have to look for other work midweek,the B&B are very clean and tidy nice breakfast

Your Basic Site Access

Site Access Controller (Former Employee) - Anywhere along the M4 corridor - 1 May 2018

All Shift work, so pretty standard. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Management are fair and honest, Carl in particular is always on call to help and advise.

knowlege, lot of travelling, no real security, earning and progreess can be good

Site Access Controller and Resourcing (Current Employee) - watford - 7 October 2015

pro's and con's with this company, overall if the work is available and you are willing to work long hours you can make good money, however it is on a zero hour contract basis so no security as such. The actual job role I was doing was as a SAC, depending on the work site you was located, it could vary from how busy it was each day could be different. So prepare to travel around and be a quick learner as you have to know site specific things and going on's even thou youe not familiair with thr set up / managers
