Okay workplace.
Expected to work extremely long hours with no benefits. Management do not provide support, felt very overworked and no flexibility. Working with the team helps get you through it.

Poorly managed
Absolutely zero support from management regarding not being able to meet service user needs. Pay process was changed during my time there and we were pressured into taking loans from the company to ensure we would have enough money for the month - this amount was made public for all other staff to see however head office promptly dealt with this once aware.Took holiday pay from me twice once I ha...

Family clique in management
Mix of residents has changed since Covid, residential is no longer elderly frail who need some assistance to a group of residents that require a higher degree of help. Level of staffing does not meet the everyday requirements of the residents. Staff are anxious about not meeting expectations. Most of the supervisory team are related to each other, opinions are very biased.
