A complete relook/rework of the whole company: shrink the business to fewer Homes & use the enormous property released capital effectively. Stop making inappropriate profits, & instead sit down with local authorities, Care Home staff, & families of the residents & plan a new, fresh, positive start.
Replace the majority of HQ based staff who make life for Care Home staff as miserable as possible.
Put people (residents & staff) first, & not directives about lowering costs & thereby increasing profif
Increase pay and give some benefits for staff lower than senior management.
Be a decent human being. It would be a start.
