AM totally unprofessional / unsupportive and do no training themselves ..Company may be good to work for if they trained senior staff to a be professional..Salary doesn't reflect the responsibility that you have 17000 per annum you do not get paid overtime and unable to take time of in lieu as not enough staff to work/cover Good luck you will need it
