Over worked Undervalued

Shore Medical is an embarrassment to work for, People never seem to have a good word to say about this company. Management are money driven and have little interest in staff wellbeing. They seem to pile the work and responsibility onto staff without communicating. Staff don't seem to stay long before becoming fed up and burnt out resulting in them resining. You are deemed incapable if you struggle with work load and are offered no support.

Unhappy and chaotic

Being an administrator/receptionist was just what I wanted to be. Shore is very disappointing and extremely poorly managed. When I resigned 5 others did the same shortly afterwards. Way to much unnecessary stress, no staff and no back up from management

I think this place is a shambles, poorly managed, the people are underpaid and undervalued, and overworked, the patients are treated badly and the complaints flood in daily. It’s an awful place to work and the environment is awful
