interesting 442 refreshment project
it was nice to see that stores and precurement was very well organised, availability of consumables and tooling required for the job, friendly management and colleagues, with a safe place to store your personal tooling without the worry of anything being stolen.

Productive fun work place
A typical day at work can sometimes be fun but also hard.i learned how to maintain the pway/raiilway to remove old rail and replace with new and to ensure everyone is home safe everyday.mangement is very help to all employees.the hardest part of the job is long hours alot of heavy lifting and hands on work.but the most enjoyable part of the job is meet new people everyday and building a carerr for yourself in the future

Iv worked for Shorterm for a good time now and Iv never had any trouble with them and been very reliable to work for the wage is very good and to keep you up to date with any changes
