it's a joke.
honestly a joke of a place to work, the management is horrible, most of them are incels and after working multiple 14+ hour shifts with no breaks is a joke. you get zero training, just told to go places and when you ask questions they don't get answered.HR is like talking to a brick wall. i know someone else that works here too and he said one of them didn't even know what the size of a A4 paper size is. honestly just a joke of a place and wouldn't recommend, i'd rather be homeless than work at this place. i think putting my head in a G-clamp till it pops is more enjoyable.

Rubbish
I have recently been employed with showsec and the supervisors have nothing but cheek and attitude to give towards you and they then think it’s okay to start calling you names and that when that’s clearly what they are not meant to do
Operations Manager in London, Greater London

Don't waste your time
Firstly I must say you can only work for this establishment if you are single/no family, you can't take annual leave when you want, it has to be when your line manager wants, but if its busy forget about it... It's not possible. They'll force you to work new years eve, but when you need help on a Saturday on shortages there's no help. If you are area manager or above, it's okay, company will treat you good. Anything below your just a number. I've worked over 15 years (including as normal staff) for this company and was waste of my life. All fake smiles and bunch of back stabbing snakes.Operations managers are just glorified supervisors in this company, you can't make no decision on your own.
