I really enjoyed my 12 years with the Shropshire Community Team. Although there were a few ups and downs when it came to management issues. But overall it was a good experience.

Lack of communication Leads to many problems. Lack of support and understanding. Managers pressured from above who put pressure on us. The NHS is a business and cares little about its employees. Work harder than any other job but never feel done enough. Little time with patients. Managers don’t care. You are just a body. Lots of pressure and meanness. Bullying by some managers and other staff. No support when whistle blowing. No one in management takes responsibility. They do not respect you.

worked here as a community physio. Unfortunately location moved and illness in the family force a location and job move. The team were great and thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Friendly staff and management is the highlight if working for this service. Workplace culture is open and relatively informal. The service suffers from the usual NHS issues i.e. funding but overall is a lovely team to work for.
