Our opportunities include various roles as Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Truck Operatives, Counter-Balance Operatives, Production Operatives, Machine Operatives, General Labourers, Office Administrators and Call Centre Operatives. We also have a Driving division, based in the Midlands, dealing with Class 1 and Class 2 driving roles. Additionally, our branch network also specialises in the permanent recruitment of management roles across sectors including Logistics and Manufacturing.

Our Siamo Training division works to provide accredited training to core staff, flexible employees and to clients. If you join us as a flexible worker or as a permanent employee you have the opportunity to gain industry training qualifications alongside your role.

Extremely busy
Good company, if you are happy to travel without expenses being paid. Short assignments and notice of end of contract.High workload. Little training on assignment however. Lovely colleagues. More inhouse training would help a great deal.

Generally okay. Good learning experience. Bad management will kill you, but make you stronger.
There are ups and downs. Good management is key to happiness at work. You will encounter difficult situations and conversation. Good hours but not serious
I worked for almost a year the pay is not bad as I did part-time hours but the agency itself is awful no communication, no shifts, not paying holidays properly(still have 2 days unpaid but they approved them), they send you home when you are already there as is they overbooked, sent text to cancel your shift 1-2 hours before your shift starts and I can keep going. the never book you in for shifts and never answer calls. they’re nice at first, but it doesn’t last. you’ll be lucky to work for longer than a week. not a good overall experience
