Job: I works as a T2/T3 W@H employeeFor me, SITEL has been an extremely fair employer. They offer a fair wage for the skillset entry for the job, and the option to work from home. From the support team (employee helpline), in-house SME, work colleagues and team leaders; everyone has been extremely helpful and pleasant - not once have they let me down. I have seen, if you do what is expected, team-leads will go extra miles for you (they have put me forward for promotions, they have approved unreasonable holiday days for me!), this also applies to other support lines (Such as IT and feedback). Even if you work from home like me, your work colleagues will be extremely supportive in the chat, we are always helping each other, and you don't feel alone. My only critical thought about the job:If being honest, this job was not about career progression for me. They offer a very low entry, with a very fair wage - for me, this is an excellent interim job. Career progression is possible, but the first few steps forward would be more for merit than for pay to begin with; this should be kept in mind.

Since it was a BPO company benefits are good, salary is not that big but its competitive. Work place is good, however since its a night work its tiring and stressful .....................

Very Fast Paced and Stressful
I was an Inbound Customer Service Representative that took calls effectively and efficiently for Starbucks. Until my health failed I was there every time I was scheduled and several shifts I was not.
