How has Sitel responded to the COVID-19 outbreak?

  • Exeter office, they have a qr code for tracking purposes, initiated wfh where possible, instituted a one way system in the office, masking policy and a temperature check for all persons entering the building.

  • Leading up to lockdown, everyone was out safely to Work@Home within a week and we bought all necessary equipment (PC/headset/products) home so we got straight back to work!
    In the office, gov guidelines followed - social distance, not sitting next to each other, hand sanitiser & cleaning products available all the time and masks to be worn everywhere unless at our desk. I have felt safe in & out of the office over the last 6 months with Sitel Kingston :-)

  • Dirty office, no social distancing, shut due to and outbreak so I'd say not great really.

  • Awful. The Glasgow office is filthy, you have to clean your own desk and equipment, no social distancing exists.

  • Due to no social distancing, cleaners who don't clean, and managers who can't manage, they orchestrated a Covid outbreak.

  • Working from home is amazing

  • They have took on board government guidance

  • Awful. Few know what they are doing, and I'd definitely not recommend them.
