They'll hire anyone because the the staff turn over is shocking. So just don't drool on your interview papers and you'll be fine.

Try to find out what they do before attending, turn up on time and listen. More often than not, they will be looking for multiple staff for a specific contract, so pay attention and show an interest.
Recruitments happen at the last minute, hence be honest on a telephone interview, speak up for a group discussion, put you best act for a role play, again be honest for personal interview and least worry about passing the English & maths test.
Bring in a CV and be confident when speaking to the interviewer
During that time I tried to know more about Sitel Company background and to know more specific objectives and goals of the job they advertised.
Also tried to know more about there Services they render to there Customer and how they deal with there Employee.
Like you would for any other job interview.
