Customer service rep
My job was a customer service advisor. I worked for SSE which is a company inside of sitel, I would talk with customers over the phone and help solve any problems with their accounts or payments that needed to be done. I would also handle refunds and complaints made by customers.

I work as a Coach where I manage a team of 15-18 agents. Making sure that no one is being left behind when it comes to the performance of each individual by coaching the agents. A team player among my colleagues and contribute something or anything within capacity to help the business grow.
