A productive place with little experience needed.
I worked at Sitel for 4 months before I quit. There is room for advancement and they take attendance very seriously, just like any other company. Management was ok. I had some issues and didn't get a full coaching for how I was doing. The first time I trained there it was nice, but after the first two weeks when we went into OCP training we had no idea what we were doing at times. The trainers for OCP were very supportive and helpful. After about two months of being a Customer Service Representative I got moved up to the Enterprise Help Desk. The training for that was really good, I learned a lot. The trainers actually came from Seattle where the main HQ were located and they were so helpful. Even though going into OCP training for the last two weeks was intimidating cause it was a lot more information to obtain, I was happy with the amount of support we got. The trainers from Seattle were amazing and all of us admired their knowledge and skills.

Not Stable, crammed trainings and extremely stressful
When the campaign is over you will be left without a job and they will deny your unemployment benefits. Gracefully, I appealed and won! While handling your highly stressful calls due to the crammed training you will be left in the dark to make the best decision necessary in order to meet your OCT metric and then counseled for error.
