Awrsome work environment for my temp. Position
Was there for a temp campaign however from what I understand the perm side was AWEFUL.I however loved it was great pay and great co workers! The job was the best.

Loved the benifits of working there discounts at local retail.
Cons
No tardyness at all or absents at all.

decent entry level
I've been at Sitel 5 months, it's been mostly a pleasant work environment and nice coworkers willing to help each other. I've witnessed only a few of bad apples. Even with rewards/incentives the pay is a quite low for the amount of training and level of responsibility expected.

frequent team meetings, merit bonuses and overall nice coworkers

fun workpalced
a typical day was taking calls and answering and asking question. I learned great techniques on how to take calls. I loved my co workers they were like family. the hardest part of the job was wearing a headset for a long period of time. the easiest part was you face to face with customers
