Great place to grow in terms of career and personal
I loved my job in Sitel, I was able to help a lot of people to grow as an individual and to be promoted. I had fun working there since I have a lot of friends. Management helped me grow and made me what I am today, an optimistic, challenge and result oriented person. I can say that I will be forever grateful for the experience and growth that they've had provided me.

• Responsible for 25 agents.
• Training my agents in sales to achieve maximum bonus. In addition to performing many of the essential functions of the QA Coach, the Lead Quality Assurance Coach Manages the Quality Performance Improvement and Evaluation Review programs,
• Organized meetings for my team and Contact Center Operations Management team to recommend departmental process improvements, and evaluated QA Coach Performance.
• Responsible for staffing accordingly, pay increases, skeps, and other several reports.
• Maintained in the top 3 for overall performances during my employment with SITEL due to sales and other metrics.
• Took supervisor calls daily for 4 hours to support company needs.
