Reviews about Pay & benefits for Technical Support at Sitel
Don't care about their employees
They really don't care about the wellbeing/health of there employees. All they care about is stats. Very stressful working for this company, is also the lowest paying call centre in Exeter!
Steer clear if you know what is good for you.
Pros
Free tea/coffee
Cons
Long hours, lots of pressue, pushing you to do better without training/help, stressful, angry customers

Do yourself a favor and don't work there
Job Work/Life Balance - Sitel do not care about its employees social life as you are treated like a stat and not a person. They do not care about medical appointments or family problems in anyway and will just go down the hearing process and remove you.
Salary/Benefits - there are no benefits to working for this company that you would not get from any other company you could work for.
Job Security/Advancement - Unless you have no life and are willing to bend over backwards or split yourself into two the job security is how well they can force you to do extra work to save them money to cut staffing costs when they should employee more people. Advancement is not work it as they like to put people on what they call learning tracks which just means they give you more work to do on top of your normal work with very little professional training.
Management - seriously have no management skills as they tend to employee no one with any manager expirence into the company they look at giving their staff the choice to go up into a manager role who then switch to supporting another client than they have done so you get someone who has no technical skills or knowledge supporting a technical client.

None

Call Center
This is a call center environment with limited growth opportunity, unless you are looking for something part time to make extra income. Can be a fun environment. Work scheduling procedures are not good.
