Great agency, excellent culture

I've been with Skills Alliance for about 2 years, having worked at 2 other agencies previously. Excellent, autonomous environment that is entirely supportive. You're required to work hard and produce results, but they provide all the tools you need to succeed. Great team culture as well.

Fun, meritocratic environment

One of the best places I've worked at. Strong culture, especially for new grads, with work drinks every friday and the holiday incentives are great. People are definitely work hard play hard, the commission structures great so everyone puts a graft but celebrate together after wins. Everyone actually cares about what they do here which is pretty rare in recruitment. Keep doing what you're doing!

Going places

Love working here, the company is growing quickly and it feels like we are really making a difference. I have been given loads of flexibility to work from home and my manager is awesome. All my colleagues are here for the same reasons, to work in a fun environment, have quick career progression and earn well while working is a fast paced and exciting environment. Market leader

Skills Alliance is a great place to work, the UK team is made up of a mixture of experienced consultants and recent graduates who are experts in their vertical. They are market leaders with a great reputation and exciting clients, they also work globally - with Europe and the US. There is a culture of working hard, competition, pushing each other and being rewarded for it. The hours are long as with any recruitment job but the rewards and incentives are worth it. The company has excellent training program for graduate and senior hires. The management and dedicated trainer offer the opportunity to develop, progress and improve people's skills and it's a supportive environment to work in. The team is also very stable with a lot of people being there for 5-10 years.

Fantastic Culture

Having worked at Skills for a while now, what i love the most is their focus on continuous learning, training and development. It is the focus of all of the leaders and heavily invested. The work is interesting, challenging and rewarding and i love the clients and the space we focus on. People and culture make the work environment both rewarding and fun and the incentives are fantastic.
